These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between x9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses the services offered through x9999, including the website at x9999.vu and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.

By creating an x9999 account or using any part of the x9999 platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the x9999 platform immediately and refrain from creating an account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani mobile number, and CNIC number.

You may maintain only one account on x9999 at any time. x9999 supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Cryptocurrency deposits may also be available subject to Platform-specific terms applicable at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: All deposits to your x9999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified through the KYC process. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the x9999 deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your x9999 balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals from x9999 require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to Platform verification requirements. x9999 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on interbank processing timelines.

x9999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals to Pakistani payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which x9999 bears no responsibility. • x9999 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending completion of security or compliance checks.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced.

x9999 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion on the x9999 platform, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all x9999 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and, in some cases, any winnings generated from bonus funds, must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. Bonus Abuse: x9999 monitors all bonus activity to detect abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation, placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, using automated tools to wager through bonuses, or creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus funds will be voided without compensation.

General Bonus Rules:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method on x9999.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period from the date of issue. Unmet wagering requirements on expired bonuses will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• x9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including changing wagering requirements or maximum withdrawal limits associated with bonus winnings.
• Cashback and reload bonuses have the same general restrictions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

All bets and wagers placed on x9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type, as published on the x9999 platform. General betting rules include the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed and accepted by x9999. Once confirmed, bets cannot be edited or cancelled except where the Platform's specific rules expressly permit bet cancellation (e.g., event cancellation, void markets).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x9999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any x9999 content.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit x9999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

x9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where x9999 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk of harm to x9999, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• x9999 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or order of a competent authority.

You may close your x9999 account at any time by contacting x9999 support via live chat. Requests for account closure will be processed promptly. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds and to satisfaction of any pending KYC or AML verification requirements.

Upon termination of your x9999 account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked, and you must cease all use of x9999 services.
